The Powerbar company was founded in 1983 in California, after about 3 years of research and testing to formulate a range of high quality supplements presents the Powerbar line. Today its supplements are world famous and used by many professional athletes, the Powerbar line is dedicated to endurance and resistance sports and is formulated with a mix of vitamins and carbohydrates to provide energy to the body for hours, also during prolonged training sessions. In 2000 the Powerbar was taken over by the giant Nestlè, a company that has made available its experience in the nutrition sector to expand the range of supplements and refine the formulations already on the market.
